We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a 100% outpatient setting that emphasizes one-on-one care. Therapists typically provide individualized treatment rather than group or concurrent treatments, delivering a personalized approach that supports strong clinical outcomes and a rewarding work experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
- Client-specific requirement: ability to manage a caseload of approximately 8 one-on-one patients per day.
- Client-specific requirement: comfort working in a personalized outpatient program rather than traditional outpatient or home health models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations in outpatient or skilled settings.
- Experience with documentation systems used in outpatient clinics preferred.
Assignment Details
- 100% outpatient clinical environment providing one-on-one treatment.
- Therapists typically manage about 8 patients per day.
- May be asked to provide services across multiple clinic locations within the region (floating to other facilities as needed).
