Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a travel Physical Therapist role in Lancaster, NH at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document patient care and progress per facility standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall-risk management preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
• May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
