Minimum Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
- Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
- Must have women's health experience and/or certification or be working toward PRPC or WCS. Will discuss during interview.
- Ability to work weekends every 5–7 weeks to cover inpatient duties.
- Preferred: 3–5 years of Physical Therapy experience. Two years' experience preferred in order notes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience preferred.
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0700–1700.
- Office hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with variable start times within the day.
- Day shift schedule: 5 x 8s.
- All PT staff must be able to work weekends every 5–7 weeks to cover inpatient duties.

Impacting Patient Care
Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions while meeting department objectives. Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. This role supports both outpatient and periodic inpatient coverage.
