About this job

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat adult and pediatric home health patients to help them regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new community.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • Current BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience providing home health occupational therapy services, including in-home assessments, adaptive equipment recommendations, and caregiver training.
  • Ability to fabricate and fit basic orthoses and adaptive equipment in the home environment.
  • Proven documentation skills, including setting measurable functional goals, progress notes, and completion of plan of care documentation.
  • Experience working with both adult and pediatric populations preferred.
  • Experience supervising or providing guidance to COTAs, therapy aides, or students preferred.

  • Duration: 13 week travel assignment
  • Standard Hours Per Week: 40
  • Patient Population: Adult and pediatric home health caseload
  • Required to perform in-home evaluations, fabricate adaptive equipment/splints, and provide patient and family education.
