Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience required.
- Experience in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- CARF or Joint Commission experience preferred through previous accredited program work.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
- Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital environment.

Provide intensive, individualized rehabilitation to patients during acute recovery. Participate in interdisciplinary care to improve patient outcomes and facilitate safe discharge plans.
