Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Ukiah, CA, at a hospital where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Responsibilities include planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function and serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensure obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Two years of physical therapy experience required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (approved vendor per AH policy).
• Experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with outpatient therapy programs and treatment planning.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1700.
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8s.
• No on-call duties.
