Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Ukiah, CA, at a hospital where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Responsibilities include planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function and serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care.
Minimum Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensure obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Two years of physical therapy experience required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (approved vendor per AH policy).
- Experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience with outpatient therapy programs and treatment planning.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1700.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8s.
- No on-call duties.
