Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky physical therapy license or compact privilege (state license required to start assignment).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital environment preferred. Include prior inpatient mobility, discharge planning, and post-operative care experience when possible.
• Demonstrated ability to document timely, accurate treatment notes and use electronic medical record systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with common physical therapy modalities and therapeutic exercise for adult populations preferred.
• Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or specialty courses preferred.

• Shift hours: 08:00–18:00.
• Shift schedule: Days.
• Location: Hospital setting in Maysville, KY.
