Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kentucky physical therapy license or compact privilege (state license required to start assignment).
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in an acute care or hospital environment preferred. Include prior inpatient mobility, discharge planning, and post-operative care experience when possible.
- Demonstrated ability to document timely, accurate treatment notes and use electronic medical record systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with common physical therapy modalities and therapeutic exercise for adult populations preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or specialty courses preferred.

- Shift hours: 08:00–18:00.
- Shift schedule: Days.
- Location: Hospital setting in Maysville, KY.
