**OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to lead and support the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our systems at customer sites. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring system reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational success.
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various systems at customer locations. Reporting to the Senior Field Service Manager, the candidate will work closely with customers, providing technical expertise, ensuring system functionality, and delivering outstanding customer support.

**JOB OVERVIEW**
+ Support the installation, configuration, and testingofsecurity and defensesystems at customer sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
+ Provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing system downtime.
+ Conduct routine and preventive maintenance, including system updates, inspections, and performance optimization.
+ Collaborate with project managers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless system integration and deployment.
+ Deliver comprehensive on-site training to customers on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
+ Serveas a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of concerns.
+ Maintain detailed records of field service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting documentation.
+ Generate and present detailed reports to customers and internal stakeholders, summarizing system performance, issues, and resolutions.
+ Work closely with the Senior Field Service Manager to coordinate advanced field service activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
+ Conduct quality assurance checks to verify adherence to company standards and customer requirements.
+ Provide remote technical support as needed, leveraging expertise to address customer issues effectively.
+ Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements, applying knowledge to enhance system performance and customer satisfaction.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or an associate degree in electronicsor a related field is preferred.
+ Minimum of2years of experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance oftechnicalsystems.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
+ Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex technical issues.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting professionally with customers and cross-functional teams.
+ Flexibility to travel extensively to customer sites as required.
+ Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
+ Experiencewith tools and software used for system configuration, diagnostics, and performance monitoring.
+ Relevant technical certifications or degrees are preferred.
+ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
**DESIRED** **EXPERIENCE**
+ Strong technical expertise in electronic security systems, including RF-based wireless sensors and networked systems.
+ Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
+ Experience working in the defense or critical infrastructure sectors.
+ Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for electronic security systems.
+ Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools for RF systems.
+ Experience withIP networking and basic Linux system operation.
