CV Resources is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a contract opportunity with a growing organization undergoing process improvement and documentation initiatives.

This role will partner closely with business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders to document key business processes and create clear, comprehensive process documentation. The ideal candidate is skilled at gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, mapping workflows, and translating complex business processes into detailed, user-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Attend stakeholder meetings to understand current-state and future-state business processes.
• Document end-to-end workflows across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and other operational functions.
• Create Visio process maps, swimlane diagrams, SOPs, process narratives, and policy/procedure documentation.
• Capture screenshots and develop training and reference materials as needed.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, dependencies, and key control points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
• Organize and maintain process documentation repositories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, process documentation, ERP implementation, finance transformation, or related work.
• Strong experience creating Visio flowcharts, process maps, and written process documentation.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and related business processes.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and gather business requirements.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working within ERP environments preferred.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, finance, accounting, supply chain, or operations is highly desirable.

Compensation

• Contract opportunity
• $30-$50 /hr DOE
