Work Schedule

• Regular Hours:
  • Monday – Friday
  • 6 AM – 2 PM

What You'll Do:

At this Stanley Black & Decker facility in Jackson, TN, you will be part of an team responsible for:

• Operating warehouse equipment including Cherry Pickers, forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks
• Performing cycle counts on items/locations to verify quantity accuracy
• Making accurate inventory adjustments and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Using handheld scanners and computers to track inventory movement and document findings
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies, misplacements, or packaging issues
• Collaborating with warehouse operations, receiving/shipping, quality, and customer service team

• $19.00/hr - Paid every Friday (same day pay option)

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse equipment experience — Cherry Picker experience preferred
• Inventory Control experience preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management software (WMS/ERP systems)
• Proficiency in basic math and computer literacy
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime
