Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (L&D) position in California, requiring an active CA RN license and night shift availability for a 13-week contract.
Details
- Night shift position: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Labor & Delivery unit
- Epic EMR is used at this facility
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required; all licenses and certifications must be active — pending credentials not accepted
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent L&D experience within the last 3 years required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 5+ years of recent L&D experience (within the last 2 years) preferred
- 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
- High-risk OB experience preferred
- BSN preferred
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

- Local candidates are accepted for this position
- Candidates who have worked with this health system for two or more cumulative years (with any gap between assignments of less than 3 months) must take a 90-day break before being eligible to return
