Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Redwood City, CA, requiring an active CA RN license and at least 1 year of recent L&D experience.
Details
- Night shift position: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Labor & Delivery unit
- Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Active BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required — pending certifications are not accepted
- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent L&D experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- BSN or related degree preferred
- 5+ years of recent L&D experience (within the last 2 years) preferred
- 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
- High-risk OB experience preferred
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted — local and travel rates are the same
- Per Kaiser Permanente's HR Tenure Policy, contingent workers may not exceed two years of cumulative assignment time without a 90-day break, regardless of whether work was continuous or occurred across multiple assignments with gaps of less than three months
