Job Description:
The SUDP is responsible for providing, coordinating and directing individualized Substance Use Disorder treatment to all assigned patients.
Job Requirements:
Two-years degree or equivalent.
Current Washington State SUDP license. Active SUDP license as a counselor by State of Washington.
02 years' experience in addiction treatment.
