Travel CT Technologist – Rotating Nights | Rockford, IL
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
Shift Type: Rotating Nights
Assignment Details
- 13-week travel contract
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- No on-call requirements
- Rotating night schedule
- Every third weekend required
- Travel-only position
- Candidates must reside outside the 50-mile local radius requirement
Schedule
- Two 12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Two 8-hour shifts: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Every third weekend rotation
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT examinations on inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients
- Administer contrast media using power injectors
- Ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and healthcare team members
- Follow departmental protocols and quality standards
Requirements
- Recent CT Technologist experience required
- Strong experience working with GE CT Scanners
- Experience using MedRad Stellant Contrast Injectors
- Active Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) License required
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
