Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to any changes
• Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile environments
• Educate patients and families about what to expect during their procedure

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN Operating Room experience
• CVOR experience preferred but not required
• BLS and ACLS certifications helpful but will review candidates without them

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care and assessment skills
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
