Requirements

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of acute care hospital experience
• Strong Case Management experience
• Utilization Review (UR) and Discharge Planning experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Experience with Cerner EMR and InterQual highly preferred
• Prior CommonSpirit/Dignity Health experience required

Responsibilities:

• Perform utilization review for inpatient cases
• Coordinate and oversee discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate patient care and transitions
