Responsibilities:This position is responsible for leading, training and mentoring the EMS/Electrical project crew, prioritize and delegate responsibilities, and track project schedule to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, on-time, and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes and fosters teamwork within EMS/Electrical project crew, monitoring the project as it proceeds, directing and leading the crew toward optimal project productivity, and workplace safety; and appraising individual and group performance to establish a highly competent crew.
Provides support on EMS job by programming controllers being used, running EMT and wiring up refrigeration compressors, HVAC, RTV and lighting.
Provides project support through welding of transducers, as needed to ensure a timely and quality completion of the projects.
Reviews plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education / Training
High school diploma or GED, and trade or technical school classes
Work Experience / Skills
7+ years experience in construction or related industry, prefer a license in any of the controllers Source installs.
Knowledge of electrical power systems.
Knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, construction, and installation.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate well with others.
Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.
