Job Description:
Certified Medical Assistant needed for busy medical office. Ideal candidate will have medical office experience, must be able to multi task and handle numerous patient inquiries daily, be a self starter. Must know how to order, interpret and draw blood for labs, take vitals, perform EKG, call in prescriptions, refills and take medical histories. Follow office protocols Supports patient care delivery by helping health care providers during examinations; preparing laboratory specimens and performing basic laboratory tests on the premises.
Skill Required:
Excellent communication skills, team player, venipuncture, computer proficiency in e-mail, Word, and Excel a must. Knowledge of eClinicalsWorks is a plus! Clinical skills creating a safe and effective environment. Health promotion and maintenance, procedural skills and documentation skills.
Compensation:
