- We are seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage clinic desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a friendly and efficient environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and clerical skills within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities - Greet visitors, patients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
- Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings using calendar management tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office organization
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide customer support by answering questions, providing information, and assisting with inquiries in a courteous manner

- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with office management, clerical duties, data entry, and filing procedures
- Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Excellent computer skills required with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist procedures is a plus, but not required
- Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates strong time management and calendar coordination skills
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Ability to proofread documents accurately and maintain attention to detail
