Candidates should be able to validate established criteria independently and perform dimensional inspections with minimal guidance. GD&T knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and document discrepancies, errors, and quality escapes within e-Cert packages
  • Categorize findings based on severity and potential product impact
  • Communicate findings to Quality and Engineering teams in a timely manner
  • Ensure e-Cert documentation aligns with build plans, specifications, and quality requirements
  • Verify traceability of inspection and test results to associated hardware and configurations
  • Support compliance with QMS standards, internal procedures, and customer specifications
  • Participate in quality review discussions and corrective action activities as needed
  • Recommend improvements to e-Cert workflows, documentation practices, and upstream training processes

    Generate reports summarizing:
  • Number of e-Certs reviewed
  • Errors and escapes identified
  • Turnaround times
  • Defect trends and process observations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven feedback

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-Certs, inspection records, data packages, or source inspections
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, specifications, and industry standards
  • Ability to perform inspections independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong attention to detail and defect identification skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology and software systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be ITAR compliant and a U.S. Citizen
