Job Description
Employment Solutions is looking for an Office Administrator for a home improvement installation company in the Phoenix (85009) area, near N. 27th Ave & W Encanto Blvd.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour -  pay goes to $21.00 IF hired AFTER 90 days.
Benefits:

  • Health insurance after 90 days on company payroll
  • 401(k) eligibility after 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Perform general clerical duties: scanning, faxing, filing documents
  • Maintain accurate notes on the computer during phone conversations
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of corporate office experience
  • Computer literacy and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish is a PLUS)
