Job Description
A Tampa apartment community is seeking a professional, customer‐focused Leasing Consultant to join the office team. You’ll help prospects find their next home and support a positive resident experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and highlight floor plans, pricing, and community features.
Assist with applications, screening, lease preparation, and move‐in paperwork.
Follow up consistently with leads by phone, email, and text to convert traffic into leases.
Help maintain online listings, coordinate basic marketing efforts, and support resident events as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to current residents, helping support renewals and positive reviews.
Qualifications
1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer‐service experience preferred.
Strong communication and closing skills, with a friendly, professional presence.
Ability to work some weekends based on the community schedule.
Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines or willingness to learn.
