Role Description

At Borealis MedSpa, we are building a team of high-performing, aesthetic-focused providers who want to master their craft, grow a following, and build a long-term career in aesthetic medicine.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Aesthetic Provider (RN / NP / PA) specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation. You will work in a medical, results-driven environment with access to advanced technologies and a loyal, high-end patient base. This is an opportunity to grow into a top-level injector—not just perform treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, and laser therapies
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on services, skincare, and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and front desk teams to optimize patient experience
• Participate in practice growth through patient retention and treatment recommendations

Qualifications Required:

• Active, unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license (Alaska or ability to obtain)
• Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and perform injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures
• Availability for weekends and peak clinic hours
• Comfort with treatment recommendations and patient conversion
• Interest in building a personal brand or social media presence
• Interest in facial balancing and full-face treatment planning

Compensation

We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation structure, including:

• Pay DOE (depending on experience)
• Base hourly pay
• Commission on services and retail
