Position Overview

We are hiring Automotive Technicians at all experience levels — from entry-level apprentices to master technicians.

Whether you're just starting out or highly experienced, EZCAR offers a place to grow, earn competitively, and be part of a strong, supportive team.

As part of our hiring process, qualified candidates will be invited to complete a brief video interview (approximately 10 minutes). This step allows us to learn more about your experience and qualifications in a convenient and efficient manner. The interview is available 24/7, can be completed at your convenience, and includes the option to re-record responses if needed—eliminating scheduling conflicts and helping us move candidates through the process quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking technicians across all experience levels. Responsibilities may include performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections; diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues; and utilizing diagnostic tools and shop equipment effectively. More experienced technicians will take on advanced diagnostics and complex repairs, as well as mentor junior team members.

Qualified candidates should possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn or grow within the role, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous automotive experience is preferred, with ASE certifications considered a plus for more experienced applicants. A valid driver’s license is required.
