Job Description
PRODUCTION OPERATOR

LOCATION: Vancouver, WA
SALARY: $22 per hour
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Long-Term
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to meet quality and production standards
- Perform machine changeovers and make adjustments (e.g., weight, width, temperature, speed) to meet product specifications and maintain optimal performance
- Monitor machine performance and maintain optimal run rates
- Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues; escalate as needed
- Prepare, stage, and transport raw materials and packaging supplies for production runs
- Monitor product quality, perform inspections, and conduct basic product testing
- Record production, quality, and downtime data in company systems
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience required
- 2+ years experience operating industrial equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and train on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Position works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, fibers, and varying temperatures
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, reaching, and stair climbing
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated work areas
