Entry Level Bilingual Staff Recruiter

We are seeking a Staffing Recruiter - Bilingual ENTRY LEVEL to join our team in Joliet, IL.

You will perform activities in recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and place new employees
• Implement company policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Spanish required
