Confidential Luxury Apartment seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Cypress, Texas. If you're passionate about helping people find their next home, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community—guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Conduct apartment tours and showcase the unique features and benefits of our community
Respond to phone, email, text, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Build relationships with prospective and current residents
Assist applicants through the leasing and move-in process
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases
Maintain accurate records and activity within Yardi and CRM systems
⭐ Deliver an outstanding resident experience at every interaction
Assist with community marketing, resident events, and outreach initiatives
Support lease renewal and resident retention efforts
What We're Looking For
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency
- Weekend availability required
