Area Supervisor | Southeast Metro Tulsa

We are looking for a Area Supervisor to drive operational excellence across a group of Southeast Metro Tulsa QSR restaurants. This position focuses on the consistent execution of brand initiatives and the optimization of restaurant performance.

Key responsibilities include auditing store operations, managing food and labor costs, and coaching the team to achieve Speed of Service (SOS) and guest satisfaction targets.

What You Bring: The Essentials:

• Multi-Unit Expertise: 3–5+ years of progressive experience leading a group of high-volume restaurants (District Manager, Area Supervisor, or equivalent).
• Financial Ownership: Full P&L responsibility with a proven ability to manage labor, food costs, and overall operational profitability.
• Talent Development: The ability to "build a bench", identifying, mentoring, and promoting the next generation of General Managers.
• Operational Discipline: A commitment to the "Gold Standard," using rigorous site visits to ensure 100% compliance with Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
