About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Actively supervising children to ensure safety of them
- Maintaining an organized and approachable activity space
- Reporting & Recording details of notable concerns or incidents, and of injuries to children, other staff members, or self
- Keeping track and being aware of children allergies and dietary restrictions
- Modeling positive behaviors and kindness for children
- Stand for long periods while supervising children and facilitating activities.
- Changing diapers and feeding children
- Working with the POS system to check in families
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 10 am to 6:30 pm, including weekends.
- At least 18 years of age
- Background check clearance required prior to employment.
- Previous experience in child care or a related field is preferred.
