Job Description
A Tampa community is hiring a Bilingual Leasing Agent who can assist both English‐ and Spanish‐speaking prospects and residents. You’ll manage the full leasing process while providing clear, bilingual communication.
Responsibilities
Welcome and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and present pricing and specials in English and Spanish.
Assist with applications, screening, and lease execution, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk‐ins; provide bilingual support and follow‐up throughout the leasing process.
Support online marketing, social media posts, and outreach efforts to drive traffic.
Build strong resident relationships and assist with renewals and customer‐service needs.
Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Leasing, sales, or customer‐service experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and comfort in a fast‐paced leasing environment.
