Apartment Leasing Consultant - Spanish Bilingual Preferred

Location: North Austin, TX (Multiple openings available)

Pay: $19-$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time opportunities available, including some weekends as needed

Hire Priority is hiring Apartment Leasing Consultants for multiple apartment communities in the Austin area. We are seeking friendly, professional candidates with strong customer service skills who can thrive in a fast-paced leasing office and create a positive experience for both prospective and current residents.

Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly preferred, but all qualified apartment leasing professionals are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to grow in the multifamily industry and start working quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide excellent customer service
• Tour apartment homes, amenities, and community features
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text
• Assist with applications, lease paperwork, and resident questions
• Support the leasing office with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, specials, and community policies
• Help create a positive experience for prospects, residents, and onsite teams

Requirements:

• Apartment leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service, sales, or hospitality experience considered
• Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred
• Professional communication and phone skills required
• Ability to work in a busy leasing office environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning property management software
• Weekend availability may be required
