About the Role:
Join Carriage House Operator LLC as a Dayshift/Nightshift Caregiver (Med Tech)/Assistant Caregiver in Snowflake, AZ! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor resident health under the supervision of manager.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Collaborate with manager and other staff to develop personalized care plans.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment for residents.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
Requirements:
- Certification in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass background checks.
- CPR certification is required; First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
