Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

The Warehouse Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting HVAC and refrigeration products to customers while supporting daily warehouse operations. This role ensures timely deliveries, accurate order fulfillment, inventory organization, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver HVAC, refrigeration, and related products to customer job sites and business locations.
• Verify delivery documentation, obtain customer signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Load and unload trucks using proper material handling techniques.
• Plan and follow delivery routes to ensure on-time service.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure product accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock transfers, and returns processing.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills preferred.
