Starting Pay: $900 Per Week + Performance Bonuses

EZ Advocates is actively seeking a motivated, bilingual Case Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Every day, we help consumers who have been misled into costly and burdensome timeshare contracts regain control of their financial future.

Responsibilities

As a Case Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their case and be responsible for:

• Conducting client consultations and case reviews

• Managing a portfolio of active client files

• Reviewing contracts and supporting documentation

• Drafting client correspondence, affidavits, and dispute documents

• Communicating with resorts, lenders, and third-party entities

• Providing regular updates and guidance to clients

• Maintaining accurate case notes and records

• Assisting clients through every stage of the advocacy process

• Collaborating with management and team members to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications

Required:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional phone etiquette

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Case Management Experience

• Customer Service Experience

• Legal Assistant or Paralegal Background

• Collections, Credit Repair, or Consumer Advocacy Experience

• Experience with CRM Systems
