Job description:

Apex Bank is seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Troubled Asset Specialist to manage a portfolio of performing loans and distressed or non-performing loans. In this critical role, you will act as the primary point of contact for loan workouts, foreclosures, and litigation. Your goal is to mitigate risk and maximize recovery for the institution through strategic negotiation, meticulous file management, and proactive asset disposition. Minimum of 5 years’ experience is required.
