A Clearwater apartment community is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help drive occupancy and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll guide prospects from first contact through move‐in while supporting resident relations.
Responsibilities
Greet prospects, conduct tours, and clearly present floor plans, pricing, and community amenities.
Assist with applications, approvals, lease preparation, and move‐in coordination.
Follow up with leads, maintain guest cards, and help achieve leasing goals.
Support basic marketing efforts, online listings, and resident events as needed.
Qualifications
Leasing, sales, or customer‐service experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and follow‐up skills.
