Join Our Team: Metal Processing Operator – Earn $17.50/hr!

Entech Staffing is seeking a diligent and flexible Metal Processing Operator to join our manufacturing production team. If you are skilled in industrial machinery operation and committed to safety and quality, this role is for you!

Your Primary Role (Core Responsibilities)

As an Operator, you will be responsible for running, monitoring, and maintaining specialized equipment used to treat, form, and refine our metal products. Your main duties will include:

• Expert Machine Operation: Set up, prepare, adjust, and operate single or multi-function machinery used for essential metal processes, including:

  • Forming & Refining: Casting, rolling, refining, heat-treating, plating, or extruding metals.

  • Material Prep: Grinding, separating, filtering, mixing, or treating mineral ores.

  • Specific equipment you may operate includes punch presses, laser cutters, press brakes, or annealing furnaces.

• Quality & Process Control: Continuously monitor production using gauges, meters, computer printouts, and video monitors. You'll ensure correct machine operation and verify that specified processing conditions (like temperature or speed) are consistently met.

• Material Handling: Safely operate a hilo (forklift) to move materials and product inventory within the facility.

Compensation & Schedule Requirements

• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

• Shift Requirement: You must be available to train on either the 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning permanently to the 3rd (Overnight) shift.

• 3rd shift hours 11:00pm to 7:00 am with mandatory overtime
