As Practice Manager you'll be responsible for

· Leading all day to day operations of the practice and ensuring an exceptional patient experience

· Coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing team across clinical support and administrative functions

· Driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the practice

· Monitoring key performance indicators including production, collections, schedule utilisation, patient retention, and case acceptance

· Optimising systems, workflows, communication, and patient flow to maximise efficiency and service quality

· Supporting business growth initiatives and helping the practice achieve ambitious goals

You'll need

· Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Practice Director, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within a dental practice

· Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff

· A proven track record of improving operational performance, patient experience, and team engagement

· Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand business performance metrics

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship building skills

· A passion for excellence and a genuine desire to create world class patient experiences

Location of the Practice Manager

Santa Monica, California - full time, on site position.
