Concierge and Access Control Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time Concierge and Access Control professional for a luxury high-rise condominium in the River Oaks District. This candidate will be responsible for interacting in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner with residents, guests, and staff. Applicants are required to be energetic, well-groomed, and to be leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Standing, greeting residents and their guests
• Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident and outside calls
• Log in and announce visitors

Qualifications and Skills

• Ideal candidates will have at least three years of concierge, hotel services, or hospitality experience working in a "Class A, High-End" property environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the Hospitality Industry is preferred
• Pleasant, positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work variable and additional shifts as needed. Must be able to pass a criminal background verification and drug test.
• Possess excellent communication skills - both oral and written
• Strong ability to assess a situation, show good judgment, make decisions in the absence of the General Manager, and resolve conflicts.
