Media Asset Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Media Asset Specialist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

• Process and fulfill requests for digital and physical media assets while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Identify and retrieve appropriate content to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Maintain organized records of asset usage and ensure proper tracking across systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to manage high volumes of requests and prioritize workloads.

• Ensure all materials meet internal approval standards before distribution.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Previous experience working with asset or library management systems and media content.

• Strong proficiency with office and data tools used for tracking and organization.

• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

• Familiarity with different media formats including video, audio, and text.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in execution.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team based environment.

• Clear communication skills when coordinating with internal partners.
