Field Marketing Manager

Compensation: Base Pay + Weekly Bonuses + Leadership Incentives
Cloud 9 Roofing is expanding our Kansas City team and hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead a group of entry‐level field marketers. Your team will speak with homeowners, share information about our services, and schedule free home inspections.

This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching, motivating people, and building a strong team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a team of Field Marketing Specialists
• Train new hires on communication and appointment‐setting
• Provide daily ride‐along coaching and support
• Track team KPIs: conversations, leads, and scheduled inspections
• Maintain a positive, high‐energy team environment
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure high‐quality appointments
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding as the team grows

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership or team‐lead experience (any industry)
• Strong communication and people‐development skills
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
• Comfortable working outdoors and leading from the front
• Reliable, organized, and coachable
• No roofing experience required — we provide full training

Schedule

• Full‐time
• Afternoon/evening peak hours
• Occasional Saturdays during busy seasons
