Job Title: Warehouse Lumper / Unloader

Location: Wilmington, IL

Pay Rate: $18–$22 per hour

Schedule: Varies based on workload (including weekends and early shifts)

Position Overview

Ron’s Staffing is now hiring Warehouse Lumpers (Unloaders) to support operations at our client, a 3PL. This role plays a critical part in unloading containers, arranging freight, and keeping inbound operations moving efficiently.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position best suited for dependable individuals who can commit to consistent attendance and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

·       Unload containers manually and with basic equipment

·       Break down pallets and sort freight by product or location

·       Stack, wrap, and stage product for warehouse processing

·       Assist with organizing inbound shipments and maintaining workflow

·       Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

·       Follow all warehouse safety procedures

·       Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements

·       Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently throughout the shift

·       Ability to stand and move for extended periods

·       Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

·       Must pass a background check and drug screening

·       Must have reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

·       Previous warehouse or lumper experience preferred

·       Experience with pallet jacks or warehouse equipment is a plus

·       Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
