As a Drilling Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in underground utility installations, operating equipment, troubleshooting on the job, and delivering high-quality work in all kinds of conditions. What We’re Looking For:

• Class A CDL holders (strongly preferred — your license gives you a big advantage)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• A true growth mentality — eager to learn something new every single day
• Team players who collaborate well and take pride in crew success
• Non-restricted driver’s license (required)
