Industrial Maintenance Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment in Frankfort KY. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop maintenance teams supporting production equipment and facilities
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs (TPM/RCM)
• Partner with operations to improve uptime, efficiency, and performance
• Oversee repairs, projects, contractors, and capital improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, LOTO, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing
• Strong experience with PLC systems, automation, and maintenance strategy
• Background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement

Salary range: $85K–$100K
