Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Handle reservation management and accommodate reservation inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints
• Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems
• Assign rooms and monitor lobby activities
• Communicate effectively via phone and in person
• Provide local information and assist guests during their stay

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with reservation and POS systems
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
