We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Santa Clarita for evening or overnight shifts. The LVN will provide essential patient care in home health care settings, ensuring accurate monitoring and documentation of patient progress. This role requires occasional local travel to support patient needs effectively.

Responsibilities
