Truck Maintenance Coordinator

We are a logistics and transportation company providing freight services throughout the East Coast and nationwide line-haul transportation across the United States. We are currently seeking a Truck Maintenance Coordinator to help manage and maintain our fleet.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections of trucks and trailers
• Maintain inspection records and organize maintenance documentation
• Identify vehicles requiring repairs or preventive maintenance
• Drive trucks to designated repair and maintenance facilities when needed
• Install and maintain small equipment and accessories on trucks
• Coordinate and track vehicle maintenance schedules
• Regularly transport trucks to Pennsylvania for state inspections

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Basic knowledge of truck maintenance and fleet operations
• Ability to identify common vehicle issues and maintenance needs
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Previous experience in truck maintenance or transportation preferred

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday
• 8 hours per day

Compensation:

• $5,000 per month
