Wellness Office Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a fast-paced wellness clinic in Taylor, TX to hire a dependable and energetic Office Coordinator. This is a hands-on role supporting patients, office operations, and daily clinic flow in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am –6:30 pm | Fridays Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Support patient flow throughout the clinic
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks across the office
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient and office areas
• Stock and organize supplies and treatment rooms
• Support marketing events, patient outreach, and community activities
• Assist the clinical team with various therapies and patient support tasks after training
• Help create a welcoming, positive experience for patients and families

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to assist with a wide variety of office and patient support duties
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
