Job Description & Requirements

Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)
- Lymphedema certification/specialty required (OT or PT acceptable)
- Active BLS certification (AHA required)
- Valid NPI number required
- Contract Length: Minimum 15 weeks
- Schedule: Flexible within Sat–Tuesday rotation
- Shift Options:
- 4x10-hour shifts OR
- 8-hour shifts (schedule arranged based on therapist preference and department needs)
- Setting: Outpatient with occasional inpatient coverage
- Float Requirement: Gold Beach main site with occasional coverage in Brookings, OR
Preferred / Considered Candidates Occupational Therapist with strong outpatient experience Physical Therapist with lymphedema certification/specialty will be considered Experience supporting program development or new service line expansion
