Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient position available in Oregon, Missouri. This role involves screening, evaluating, and developing appropriate plans of care for patients with cognitive and activities of daily living physical functioning disorders. Candidates are required to bring their active Occupational Therapist (OT) license on the first day of work.
Job Details:
- Location: Oregon, Missouri
- Specialty: Occupational Therapist Inpatient
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active OT license; at least 1 year of occupational therapy experience; long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred; new graduates considered if they have Level II experience and not just Level I observation experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Skills checklist within 1 year; 0-1 reference at the time of submission
- Additional Information: Effectively screens and evaluates patients with cognitive and/or activities of daily living physical functioning disorders and develops appropriate plans of care. Utilizes evidence-based assessments and interventions, provides rehabilitative treatments, monitors patient progress, and documents all care according to regulatory and clinical standards. Supervises support staff and participates in multidisciplinary meetings.
